Program Description Fowlerfun's SMS program is a personal text messaging service used to send messages to opted-in mobile numbers. Message frequency varies.
Costs Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier. Fowlerfun does not charge for participation in this SMS program.
Opt-In By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Fowlerfun. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Opt-Out You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to the short code or number you are messaging with. After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this number. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help If at any time you have questions about the messages you're receiving, text HELP to the number you are messaging, or contact [your Fowledan@gmail.com.
Supported Carriers Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to These Terms Fowlerfun may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the SMS program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
